Performances: User Help Desk

Our User Help Desk is the central point of contact for our customers as IT User. Any disruptions or service requirements are handled by our competent and qualified employees. The assistance is handled over the phone with the help of remote maintenance systems.

The selection and extent of our User Help Desk Services are freely selectable. 

We offer the following services:

  • User Help Desk available up to 6 days a week
  • From 8am to 9pm
  • Support in German and English
  • "Single Point of Call Entry" meaning, as a service provider, we offer a Hotline or rather a central point of contact

The On-Site Support supports and assists our customers directly on location.

the assistance takes place within Germany as well as throughout Europe. The company structure allows us the possibility to assist our customer's branch offices world-wide.

The selection and extent of our support services are freely selectable.

We offer the following services:

  • „Next Business Day“ Service Concept (NBD): this comprehensive and competent service assists our customers on-site by the next business day
  • Our "On Site Support" is solely carried out by qualified meco employees.
